Cancellation Policy
I charge a 100% cancellation fee for any no-shows or cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment.
I only remove gel polish, structure gel, builder gel, and gel extensions. I do not remove the following: acrylic, dip, poly gel, hard gel, and acryl-gel.
If you have any of the products I do not remove on your nails, please get them removed before your service. If you come to your appointment with the products I do not remove on your nails will result in a 100% cancellation fee and your appointment will need to be rescheduled.
Please notify me if you will be late to your appointment so I can adjust your services accordingly if need be. I allow a 15 minute grace period without needing to reschedule.
